1) Once you submit payment you’ll be asked to provide your logo to create your custom branded Employee Sign Up page. You can also email your logo to carperks@caradvise.com

2) Once we have your logo(s) we will create your company’s custom Employee Sign Up website for your employees to learn more and sign up for CarPerks by CarAdvise.

3) Once your customized Employee Sign Up page is created (within 24 business hours guaranteed), a member of our team will email you and let you know it’s ready for distribution to your company for sign up.
4) To onboard your employees we’ve created an entire resource center of materials for you to utilize. You will receive the link to the resource center with your customized Employee Sign Up page.

CarPerks is powered by CarAdvise LLC. When you sign up your employees will have access to the CarAdvise platform and benefits through the CarPerks program.

Additional Information

CarPerks powered by CarAdvise is a product of CarAdvise LLC. When you enroll in CarPerks powered by CarAdvise you are purchasing access to and additional benefits for the CarAdvise platform for your employees. You, the subscribing company, is agreeing to pay for your employee’s CarAdvise memberships based on personnel size. You agree to pay CarAdvise LLC the subscription cost yearly and your subscription will automatically renew your subscription. If you wish to cancel your subscription or do not want to renew your subscription reach out to carperks@caradvise.com before your renewal date. CarPerks by CarAdvise will automatically contact you on the email address provided at sign up via email thirty (30) and fifteen (15) days prior to your renewal date. You are allowed to cancel within five (5) days of purchase and you would be issued a credit.

If your employee base exceeds the limit on your subscriber plan for more than three (3) consecutive months you will need to upgrade your plan. The upgrade will be necessary to keep all employees on the CarPerks membership. If upgrade is not completed within thirty (30) days of notification of over-subscribed employee membership, all employees are subject to downgrade to CarAdvise basic. CarAdvise will send you a quarterly audit of your account information and numbers on request. If you cancel your subscription at the end of it’s term, your employees will be downgraded to basic CarAdvise Membership plan, but will no longer have access to the benefits of the CarPerks program and pricing. If you would like to remove employees from your company subscription, you can complete our online form or upload a spreadsheet on your account screen and the employees will be removed within thirty (30) days. When your company enrolls in CarPerks powered by CarAdvise you are agreeing to the CarPerks and CarAdvise subscription terms and conditions.
