Fleet Sales and On Boarding Account Manager Job Summary

This position will start Remote and move into a HYBRID role in the near future.

As a Fleet Account Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling fleet maintenance & repair platforms to our B2B network of partners and customers. You will report directly to the Head of Fleet and will work closely with the leadership team and other key stakeholders on larger more complex customers and projects. The job will include initial outreach, providing product demos, and sales, along with other important tasks as this business unit requires. This position is an opportunity and a chance to prove your skills as an all around customer relationship professional, and B2B driver.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review, create, and manage new business partner opportunities and continuously grow while building prospective customer pipeline to meet quarterly sales targets
  • Report progress accurately to show increase of opportunity and customers
  • Prospect customers in the small to medium sized fleet vehicle segment
  • Develop strong relationships and partnerships with customer stakeholders (e.g. owners, fleet managers, service managers, asset managers, etc.)
  • Communicate customer needs to internal stakeholders by providing critical feedback to improve overall experience, product, and identify market growth opportunities
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from reviewing suspects, to adding prospects, and finding clients
  • Keep records of sales opportunities, activities, proposals, forecasts, closed deals, etc. in CRM
  • Building relationships and maintaining accounts with problem solving, reports, and other relation building activities

Requirements

  • Experience working in an account management, business development, or customer service position preferred, but NOT REQUIRED.
  • Demonstrated success in maintaining customers, building relationships, onboarding new customers, prospecting new business, penetrating new accounts
  • Strong analytical mind and problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively communicate technology adoption to end customers
  • Self-starter who possesses exceptional time management skills and has great attention to detail
  • Team player, willing to ask for help and provide assistance to those on their team and outside of their team
  • Strong ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and adhere to business-critical deadlines
  • Ability to communicate relevant information to all levels of the organization
  • Passionate dedication and ethical approach to sales management and operations
  • Ability to develop collaborative relationships and act as a well-respected, trusted partner that others want to work with
  • Driven and passionate
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills, both oral and written
  • Comfortable with significant daily prospective customer interaction and the ability to build relationships with decision-makers and influencers by providing guidance and support
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and a diverse team player with the ability to orchestrate sales engagements across a variety of multiple different customer stakeholders and industries
  • Your work style is systematic, structured, and goal-oriented and you find it easy to network with decision-makers and to present ideas and concepts convincingly

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00 – $52,000.00 per year
