They sucked , I’m very disappointed third freaking pepboys and I’m not satisfied at all I’m highly upset . This service was ridicules . They should be embarrassed !!

I’ll give a 4 not 5 because the employees weren’t familiar with Caradvise. I called Cardvise, the Caradvise rep was extremely helpful & positive with me, and also spoke with the PepBoys employee as to why they weren’t familiar with their partnership with Caradvise. In all Caradvise 5 stars. PepBoys 4.

I waited nearly 2 hours for an oil change and wasn’t told that there was an issue with the website I booked my appointment through. Wish the staff would actually communicate the issue to me instead of not letting me know and making me wait for ever
