Frustrating that despite having made a reservation and repeat service, for some reason I still have to provide my information for the shop attendant to type in. Why isn't my information provided directly to the shop to eliminate this step. It adds 25- 40 minutes at check in also, the shop person kept asking me what services I was there for. Shouldn't that already be in the system when i make the appointment? Other than that, they did a good job.
Service was but they seemed under staffed. They never reached out to tell me when my car was ready. Instead, I called to check if it was ready hours afterwards. Price was good though!
Do not come here. Ever. Don’t let anyone you know or love ever go here. I’ve been to pep boys for more than half of my life. I like the company. Just do not go to this location. You’ll waste hours of your time. They don’t care about you or any money coming in. Stay away. I’m sorry to say this. Manager Jose. His staff. Just collecting paychecks for the time you’re there. So it’s beneficial for them not to not care about any clock, on this planet. This is based off of an oil changed scheduled at 11am. I arrived at 10:40. I left just after 2pm. I’m emailing. I have pics and videos. People in front of me were given their keys back, attitude, the phone rings the entire time you’re there and you won’t get eye contact until you let them know they’re 90 mins passed the time they promised. Be kind like me and watch what happens.

Had full tire service done. Unfortunately the didn’t fill my tires to Spec. My PSI ranges from 36 - 43 psi. They all should be 40psi
Booked an appointment earlier in the week. When I brought the car in, I was told that they didn’t have any filters for my car and they would get a shipment in on Thursday or Friday, so the person behind the desk booked me an appointment for Saturday. On Friday I got a notification that they were working on my car. I checked the app and they were working on a car that wasn’t mine, under my name. Because the app already had my payment saved I needed to call to make sure that they fixed the mix up. On Saturday I came in for my appointment. Waited behind the counter (there was no line) for half an hour and was told that they couldn’t honor Car Advise appointments and I would have to come back later in the week. I explained that one of their employees booked me for an appointment. He agreed to do my car and said it wouldn’t be done until an hour before close around 6 and that he would call me when it was done. I was also told that they didn’t have any filters for my car and they would have to order one. If they could have ordered one same day, I’m not sure why they couldn’t honor my first appointment. I waited and at 6:15 I called the shop and was told that they just brought my car in and that it wouldn’t be finished until the next morning and they would call me when it was finished but it would be done before noon. The next day at 12:15 I hadn’t received a call so I called back and was told they just finished. The staff was friendly but the process was long and frustrating and filled with mistakes. The shop seems very disorganized as when I went in, it seemed like they had other dissatisfied customers. I need my car for work so having to repeatedly go back to the shop and have my appointment not be honored, and losing access to my car for an entire day (and a busy day) is really upsetting. I also was disappointed with the lack of COVID considerations. No masks, no hand sanitizers, no sanitized pens.

Long process with repair time(s), possibly due to staffing. Monday's original appt was rescheduled to Tuesday, and work didn't start until Wednesday, as no one initially followed-up on the job approval. Service finally completed Thursday afternoon.
