Terrible experience, shop assured me 3 times they can do transmission flush. When I checked in my car they said absolutely no problem. When they called to approve work they changed the transmission flush to front brake replacement. Despite telling me all work can be done. They said there is issue with transmission machine so they sell me on brake issues. When I canceled everything manager was extremely rude and not understanding. Wouldn’t be surprised if no service was done in my car. They put stickers on windshield that says service due today!!!!! What a joke and sham

This shop is one of the most honest mechanics I have been to. I don’t feel like I am being sold services that are not necessary. Sometimes they recommend me to hold off on services because the car does not need them atm.

I’ve visited this shop twice and Joe has been extremely helpful each time.
